Can I do a knockdown and rebuild?

I have a difficult block of land. Can you accommodate? 

Whether your block is sloped, irregular, narrow, wide or difficult due to environmental restrictions our custom design approach ensures every site is maximised to its full potential.

Can I include a basement?

We can design and build homes with basements tailored to your needs.

Do you build Duplexes or Row Homes?

We offer custom-designed duplex solutions to suit your site and lifestyle. For eligible sites, we can also build in accordance with the NSW Pattern Book for Row Homes.

Do you build granny flats?

We can design and build a granny flat alongside your new home.

Can you construct swimming pools?

Yes. Your swimming pool can be thoughtfully integrated into the design and construction of your home.

What if my site is in a bushfire zone? 

We are experienced in designing and building homes that meet bushfire compliance requirements through to Flame Zone.
